Vitamin D test

Description

An easy and reliable vitamin D test kit from a professional laboratory. The kit contains everything you need to take a sample and send it to the laboratory. No blood draw necessary – you take your sample at home using a supplied finger pricker and drip four drops of blood onto the test card. You then fill in your details on the card and the accompanying form and send it off in a prepaid envelope. The test results are then emailed back to you.
